I love the photo of your studio...
I can't wait to get my painting studio moved to the master bedroom so that, like you, I can have many paintings going as well as see them all together.
When I was much younger and under great stress, I had terrible migraines. They went away when I left the difficult man - and the large city behind. But one thing I learned that offered at least temporary relief was to run the water in the sink as hot as possible (without burning) and then to suddenly immerse my hands in the flow. This causes a shivering reaction (due to the inequities of temperature on the skin)that dilates the blood vessels. When it worked, the migraine often eased or went away. Otherwise it was two or three days of hiding from light and sound and fury.
And the statement from your profile: glorious, anxious life... is infinitely quotable...
glad your back...
and the pain gone....
