Third Anniversary of Gallery 46 in Lake Placid, NY
Three Year Birthday Celebration of Gallery 46 in Lake Placid, NY. I adore this "little gallery that could". A gallery that Lake Placid Center for the Arts began as a temporary installation on the Main Street and has become a thriving beacon of culture and community within the Adirondacks.
Always a pleasure to work with Jon Donk who runs the gallery with love and passion for the art, the collectors and the artists. This small space is chock a block full of ever changing paintings, photography, printmaking, mixed media, pottery and other artisans. Jon thinks of ways to accommodate everyone who walks through the front door and has them leave with a smile (and often a new piece of art).
I love being part of this vibrant art community and meeting old friends and new every time I visit!
